Sov is going for the war excuse holy trinity. 1st excuse was our accounts are worthless so we could still grow while being maxed, once we prove we arent being maxed his excuse was our aats are so low that they don't care enough to max us. And now that he sees we are clearly winning this war, he implies that we are cheating. I give it 2 weeks before he hits the excuse grandslam and says it's summer so they are too busy enjoying the weather to war. Probably the old lifeguard duty excuse (shout out to my brosef Krieper).
